We understand that coming to a food pantry for the first time can sometimes be a difficult or confusing experience.  We, at The West Suburban Community Pantry, do our best to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

The West Suburban Community Pantry strives to provide food for a well-balanced and healthy diet.  All clients receive eggs, milk, cheese, produce, frozen meat and non-perishable food items.   Clients can also choose from a variety of bread, bakery items and condiments.

In addition to the basic needs for food, The West Suburban Community Pantry supplies personal care items, paper goods and cleaning supplies (when available).

Client services are provided to eligible households twice within a calendar month.  (Click here for income guidelines.)  We recognize that our food and pantry items are only meant to supplement not provide all household needs.  Our hope is that it will help relieve some pressure for those in need.
